朱清攀,浙江省温州市人,有九年海军军旅生涯,(教学)党员。就读于清华美术学院高研班,为中美协会员,  中国人民解放军海军书画协会会员,世界华人美术家协会理事。国际.中国书画家协会会员,人民功勋画家,当代知名画家,中国亚洲经济艺术研究会研究员,中国书画家联谊会新文艺委员会委员,书画拍卖风云人物,鉴赏家,浙楠书画院院长!长年以美术教学为主业,为培养各行业的美术人才为目标而出航。

Zhu Qingpan, a native of Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, has a nine-year naval career and is a (teaching) party member.
