王志安,号五湖散翁、陇上云鹤、千陶阁主,研究馆员、一级美术师、书法家、彩陶研究和鉴定专家。1944年生于甘肃临洮,毕业于西北师范大学美术系。现为甘肃省马家窑文化研究会会长、西北民族大学马家窑文化研究院院长。马家窑书法院院长、兰州大学文物鉴定与修复中心教授、甘肃马家窑彩陶文化博物馆馆长、甘肃美协会员,甘肃书协会员。2011年,西北民族大学马家窑文化研究院成立,王志安先生担任院长。2012年被评为当代中国最有学术价值和最具收藏潜力的三十位书法家之一。

In 2011, Majiayao Culture Research Institute of Northwest University for nationalities was established, with Mr. Wang Zhian as the president. 但是很遗憾,在当代书法园地中,由于逐利之风盛行,追求写字赚钱的功利作祟,因而许多人静不下心来了,就要急于成为书法家。浅薄地认为只要写好字就能成为书法家,甚至有些人还连写好字的功夫也不愿意下,就急于跑关系找门路,以各种不正当的方法进入有不同含金量的各级书协,披上一件书法家的外衣,充当起书法家来了。

 

既然有那么多的人要急于找门路进书协,这就有了需求市场,有需求就会有供方市场的满足,于是书法家协会中自然也就滋生出一批巧立名目收取什么培训费用,就能发放会员证的“培训师”来,让你在个把月中就变成书法家。甚至有权的人直接收受贿赂发证。直接扭曲了书法的社会生态。那个赵什么青,不就是坐在中国书协副主席交椅上以各种名义敛财发会员证理事证的落马官僚吗!

 

国家设立书协,本意一定是要加强党和广大书法界人士的紧密联系,引导广大书法界人士紧紧围绕在党的周围,为中华民族的全面崛起在艺术领域有所新的开拓和新的奉献。但是很不尽人意,个别书协的领导辜负了党的希望。把中国的书法艺术的发展方向引向了庸俗化功利化。

 

有段时间,曾经把一个河南农民加入书协的事当作经验推广。说河南有一个农民为了加入书协,就卖掉了自己养的一头猪,用猪钱买了一刀宣纸,用一刀宣纸练了两个字,就凭这两个字参加了全国书法展,于是凭着参展资格就加入了中国书协。这个中书协的会员,不要说他其它方面的文化素养有多高了,就说写字,他也只会写好他练的那两个字,别的字都写不好。用这样的标准吸收书协会员,这不是误导中国书法的文化方向吗。有一段时间,加入书协的条件是必须要参展,于是很多想参展者找人代笔写作品送展,然后托人找关系贿评委入选参展,于是就成了中书协会员,難怪很多中书协会员写的字太名不符实,引起很多有识之士一浪接一浪的批评声音,这样下去能让当代中国书法有所起色吗?更有令人不齿的现象,甚至有中国书协的理事级的“书法家”,竟然搞丑书不遗余力,用自己扭曲的心理肆无忌惮糟蹋中国书法。

 

写字在中国古代是文人的必修课,没有人以写好字就称自己是书法家。今天成立了那么多书法家协会,大学还办了那么多书法学院,书法专业,设立了书法博士学位、硕士学位。举目四望,除了耗费国家的行政资源和教育资源以外,到底培养出了多少令人信服的书法精英?这些书法家们,这些一批批毕业的书法博士们、硕士们,他们到底为中华民族的书法艺术作出了什么贡献?

 

我很质疑刚刚练了一阶段书法,参加一两次地方展览,就把自己称之为书法家的人。和中国有几件旧物就称为收藏家一样不值钱的家就是书法家了。有些老同志,字也没写好,退休后就到处题字,被噱称为老干体。当然作为一种退休后的丰富生活,我们觉得也无可厚非。但到处题字,卖弄自己的书法,也难免给人过于张扬的感觉。所以,中国的书法家就得给自己一个高标准,不仅仅会写好中国汉字,更要能说清楚中华文明的来龙去脉和中国文化精神之所在,要有自己的文化素养知识储备。这样你才会得到社会的尊重和承认。你才能称得起一个书法家。

 

若果把写中国汉字品味很高的人称为书法家的话,那么当代书法家就很难超越晋唐书法家,晋唐时期的书坛那是一个多么神圣的书法高地。宋明清以来的书法家只能以展现自己不同的书法风貌而获得认可。但他们毕竟都是有修养的学问家,尚能以书法传递自己别具一格的思想文化,丰富了中国书法百花园地,也能令人肃然起敬。

 

今天的书法界,五彩纷呈的同时也可以看到一丛丛的杂草,我们赞赏向社会普及化发展的书法盛世氛围,但我们不能不向没有自己思想文化的抄书匠式的书法家们进一言。如果你们不能努力让自己成为很有中国文化内涵的学问家,你不能向社会展示自己的文化风貌和思想情怀,你只会抄写别人的词句,你就会跟不上新时代的书法家步伐,你就会越来越发现你的文化功力不够。这样你就只能做一个利用书法来磨练性情,获得长寿的笔墨养生者,这当然也是很好的事。如果你还想当一个与时俱进的书法家,那你就得静下心来好好加强自身的文化学问修养。因为已经过去了的一段时间中,浮躁的文化心态即将在中华民族坚定不移地走向世界舞台中心的大潮中得到洗刷。中华民族一定会回归中国文化传统精神,踏踏实实做人,认认真真做学问一定是大势所趋。投机和浅薄将不会被我们的时代所接受。

Zhao Wuqing is not a bureaucrat who is sitting on the chair of vice chairman of China Book Association and collects wealth in various names and issues membership certificates! The original intention of the establishment of the calligraphic association is to strengthen the close ties between the party and the majority of calligraphers, to guide the calligraphers to be closely around the party, and to make new explorations and contributions in the art field for the overall rise of the Chinese nation. However, it is far from satisfactory. The leaders of some booksellers' associations have failed to live up to the party's hope. It leads the development direction of Chinese calligraphy art to vulgarization and utilitarianism.

 

There was a time when a Henan farmer joined the book Association as an experience promotion. In order to join the Calligraphy Association, a farmer in Henan Province sold his own pig, bought a knife of rice paper with pig money, practiced two words with a knife of rice paper, and participated in the national calligraphy exhibition with these two words, so he joined the Chinese calligraphy association with his qualification. As a member of the Chinese Calligraphy Association, he can only write the two words he has practiced, but can't write any other words. It is not misleading the cultural direction of Chinese calligraphy to absorb the members of calligraphic association with such standard. For a while, the condition of joining the association was that they had to participate in the exhibition. So many wanted to find someone to write their works for the exhibition. Then they sent someone to bribe the judges to participate in the exhibition. So they became members of the Chinese Calligraphy Association. No wonder the words written by many members of the Chinese Calligraphy Association were not worthy of the name, which caused waves of criticism from many people of insight. This will make contemporary Chinese calligraphy better Color? There are even some "calligraphers" at the board level of the Chinese Calligrapher Association, who have spared no effort in making ugly books and wantonly spoil Chinese calligraphy with their distorted psychology. Writing is a compulsory course for literati in ancient China. No one calls himself a calligrapher by writing well. Today, so many Calligraphers' associations have been set up, and so many calligraphy colleges have been set up in universities. Calligraphy majors have set up doctorates and master's degrees in calligraphy. In addition to consuming the administrative and educational resources of the country, how many convincing calligraphy elites have been cultivated? What contribution have these calligraphers, these graduated calligraphers, masters, made to the Chinese calligraphy art?

I have doubts about people who call themselves calligraphers when they have just practiced calligraphy for a period of time and participated in one or two local exhibitions. As a collector of some old things in China, a calligrapher is a worthless home. Some old comrades, who have not written their characters well, have been called "veteran cadres" for their retirement. Of course, as a rich life after retirement, we feel that there is no blame. But inions everywhere, showing off their own calligraphy, also inevitably give people too much publicity. Therefore, Chinese Calligraphers should set a high standard for themselves. They should not only be able to write Chinese characters well, but also be able to explain the origin and development of Chinese civilization and the spirit of Chinese culture. They should have their own knowledge of cultural literacy. In this way, you will be respected and recognized by the society. You can be called a calligrapher.

 

If we call those who write Chinese characters with high taste as calligraphers, then it is very difficult for contemporary calligraphers to surpass the calligraphers of Jin and Tang Dynasties. What a sacred calligraphy highland is the calligraphy world of Jin and Tang Dynasties. Since Song, Ming and Qing Dynasties, calligraphers can only gain recognition by showing their own different styles and styles of calligraphy. But after all, they are learned scholars who can convey their own unique ideas and culture by calligraphy, which enriches the garden of Chinese calligraphy and makes people feel awe inspiring.

 

In today's calligraphic world, we can also see clumps of weeds while colorful. We appreciate the flourishing atmosphere of calligraphy which has been popularized to the society, but we can't help but say something to calligraphers who do not have their own ideology and culture. If you can't make great efforts to become a scholar with Chinese cultural connotation, you can't show your cultural style and feelings to the society. If you can only copy other people's words and sentences, you will not keep up with the calligraphers in the new era, and you will find that your cultural skills are not enough. In this way, you can only be a pen and ink health practitioner who uses calligraphy to temper temperament and obtain longevity. Of course, it is also a good thing. If you still want to be a calligrapher who keeps pace with the times, you must calm down to strengthen your own cultural knowledge. Because a period of time has passed, impetuous cultural mentality is about to be washed away in the tide of the Chinese nation's unswervingly moving to the center of the world stage. The Chinese nation will certainly return to the traditional spirit of Chinese culture. It is the general trend to be a down-to-earth person and conscientious in learning. Speculation and shallowness will not be accepted in our times.

王志安先生常说自己是一个马家窑陶痴,他对于马家窑文化的情结正如他创作的诗中所言:“相伴寂寞年复年,陶阁虽小能邀天。常在忘情忘我地,只做陶痴不做仙。我所知道的不过是多年积累探索出的研究知识。”也正是这位老者的坚持不懈才能震撼世界!他创作了十多个第一:第一个建立了马家窑文化研究会;第一个创办了《马家窑文化源流》会刊;第一个开通了马家窑文化网站;第一个在天津举办马家窑文化彩陶展;第一个在上海举办马家窑文化讲座;第一个自费举办马家窑文化发现命名八十周年纪念大会;第一个在沈阳世界园艺博览会上建起了马家窑文化彩陶园;第一个在马家窑文化遗址所在地——临洮发起组织举办并主持了2009年中国首届马家窑文化学术研讨会;第一个在兰空部队和韶关大学开学术专题、讲演马家窑文化;第一个两次在全国旅游名胜地推动举办并主持了以马家窑文化为主要议题的嘉峪关文化与彩陶研讨会。第一个出版专著,论述“全球视野下的马家窑文化”……他用自己的研究,还原人们对马家窑文化的认识情感,丰富人们的认知,触动人们的内心,增强我们的文化自信。
