赵珂，笔名舸兰，汉，1963年生于河南，祖籍山西。毕业于中国书画函授大学国画班（大专）。现为中国书画家联谊会会员、中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会副秘书长、中国互联网联盟副主编、英国皇家艺术基金会永久艺术顾问、新闻司数据库艺术人才、政协画院副院长等职。在93年北京2000奥林匹克第一届国际书画艺术大赛特邀作品获奖。作品被吉林省图书馆、第二届国际书画大展组委会等多家单位收藏。

Zhao Ke, pseudonym Ge Lan, Han Dynasty, was born in 1963 in Henan Province. Graduated from the Chinese painting class of correspondence university of Chinese painting (junior college). He is now a member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, Deputy Secretary General of the working committee of the new literary group of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, deputy editor in chief of the China Internet Alliance, permanent art consultant of the Royal Arts Foundation, database art talent of the information department, and vice president of the Painting Academy of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference. In 1993 Beijing 2000 Olympic Games, the first international calligraphy and painting art competition invited works won the prize. His works have been collected by Jilin Provincial Library and the Organizing Committee of the second international painting and calligraphy exhibition.

2000年荣获国际文化交流展金奖等（颁有奖牌）。首届祖国颂国际书画、摄影大赛“特别金奖”。迎97香港回归世界华人硬笔书画大展赛中获“优秀创作奖”。多次参加全国、国际书画的大展赛且获国际文化交流展金奖、特别金奖、中日二十世纪（二十一世纪）书画名匠勋章两枚、一等奖等诸多奖项。作品多次在中国美术馆、中国历史博物馆展出并获好评。流传美国、英国、日本、泰国、韩国等国家和香港、澳门等地区。入编《人民艺术家1949-1999（书画极品巨典）》（被邀担任编委）、《二十一世纪中日书画名匠集》等百部书画典籍中。2000年以来,每年新春佳节都要给本小区的居民、亲朋好友爱心捐赠春联，《上善若水》横幅作品捐献给信息工程大学小区地理信息与空间学院，工作人员被舸兰的善举深深感动，表示一定向赵珂老师学习，努力为人民服务。类似为希望小学、空巢老人捐赠这样的善举事情数不胜数，并为残疾人、亚运会、奥运会捐赠作品。曾被邀参加在北京人民大会堂、钓鱼台国宾馆召开的第三届当代中国精神、2002中国中外名人文化研究会、2002中国发展论坛“2002·相约北京”国庆座谈等会议。2019年受中国邮政之邀约参与庆祝建国70周年出版了素有国家名片的个人作品限量珍藏邮册及全国发行其作品、简历生活照、付邮资的明信片70000枚，每套邮册附带有收藏证书编号。同年6月被邀请参加在北京会议中心召开的中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会“明德引领风尚，挥毫书写时代”座谈会。8月受中外名人文化研究会之邀参加在山东济南舜耕国际会展中心为期5天的艺术博览会。作品备受关注。

In 2000, he was awarded gold medal in international cultural exchange exhibition. "Special Gold Award" in the first international calligraphy, painting and photography competition in praise of the motherland. "Outstanding creation Award" was won in the Chinese hard brush calligraphy and painting exhibition competition to welcome Hong Kong's return to China in 1997. He has participated in many national and international calligraphy and painting exhibitions and won many awards, such as the Gold Award and special gold award in the international cultural exchange exhibition, two medals of famous calligraphers and painters in the 20th century (21st century) between China and Japan, and the first prize. His works have been exhibited in the Chinese Art Museum and the Chinese History Museum for many times and have been well received. It spreads to the United States, Britain, Japan, Thailand, South Korea and other countries, as well as Hong Kong and Macao. It has been included in 100 calligraphy and painting classics, such as people's artists 1949-1999 (the great classic of calligraphy and painting), which was invited to be the editorial board member, and the collection of famous Chinese and Japanese painters in the 21st century. Since 2000, the Spring Festival couplets have been donated to the residents, relatives and friends of the community every year during the Spring Festival. The banner works of "Shangshan Ruoshui" are donated to the school of geographic information and space, University of information engineering. The staff members are deeply moved by Ge Lan's philanthropic deeds and express that they must learn from Mr. Zhao Ke and strive to serve the people. There are countless charitable deeds such as donating to hope primary school and empty nest elderly, and donating works for the disabled, the Asian Games and the Olympic Games. He was invited to attend the third contemporary Chinese spirit, 2002 Chinese and foreign celebrity culture research conference, 2002 China Development Forum "meet Beijing" national day forum and other meetings held in the Great Hall of the people in Beijing and Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. Invited by China Post to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the people's Republic of China in 2019, he published a limited collection of inpidual works known as national business cards and 70000 postcards nationwide, including his works, life photos and postage paid postcards. Each set of stamp album is attached with the collection certificate number. In June of the same year, he was invited to participate in the Symposium of the working committee of the new literary and artistic group of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association at the Beijing Convention Center. In August, he was invited by the Chinese and foreign celebrity culture research association to participate in the 5-day art exhibition in Shungeng International Convention and Exhibition Center in Jinan, Shandong Province. The works have attracted much attention.
